Description
Large black banner featuring red text reading ARMS EMBARGO NOW in capitals. The banner features imagery of three poppies growing out of a broken missile shell. The sides and top edge feature loops for fastening to poles or hanging from structures, the bottom edge comes to a point and is adorned with black fringe. The banner is constructed out of fabric and uses techniques such as machine applique, and surface embroidery. This banner was used for local lobbying and public demonstration in campaigns for a federal arms embargo between Canada and Israel.
