Obverse depicts the Chiremba Balancing Rocks of Matopos National Park, a metallic outline of the Zimbabwe Bird in the lower right corner, and the signature of Dr. Gideon Gono, governor of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe. The legend reads:
