An image of the Nintendo World Championship 1990 Gold Cartridge. Unlike the grey cart edition, which was given to the semi-finalists and finalists of the competition, the gold edition was given out as part of a contest held by Nintendo Power Magazine when the competition was first announced. There are only 26 in existence and only 16 are known in private collections.
