On the back of the card, cardholders can find the following message: "This card identifies the holder as a member of the SCENE program. It is not a credit or debit card. Usage of this card deems acceptance of the terms and conditions of the SCENE program as set forth at scene.ca. SCENE LP and/or its Sponsors reserve the right to amend such terms and conditions, and as such, amend or terminate the benefits of the holder at any time. A valid membership or mobile card must be presented at the time of purchase to earn or redeem points. This card is property of SCENE LP and must be returned upon request."
